Vivica Fox Sex Tape
Ready or not, there's another sex tape out on the market, but this one doesn't involve a socialite trying to climb the Hollywood ladder. Actress Vivica A. Fox is furious after reports of a sex tape have surfaced.
Atlanta blogger SandraRose claims Fox was filmed performing oral sex on an Atlanta man who secretly shot the sex act and emailed the footage to his friends.
"In the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who surreptitiously taped the encounter on his cell phone. Allegedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, emailed the tape to friends who emailed it to Vivica. She quickly forwarded the tape to a friend at the Atlanta police department. "It isn't known if Vivica filed an official complaint with the police or if she asked her police friend to handle the situation privately."
The tape is currently being investigated by the police, apparently Fox is the one who handed a copy of the tape over the po po. I say give it two weeks before it’s full-blown leaked onto the net.

Lee Haney
Lee Haney has identified what he calls the four things you need to do to lose weight. Here's Haney's four tips:
Here are Lee Haney’s four safe ways to achieve fat loss:
1) System cleansing and detox program (see cleansing and detox). The seven day cleanse will rid the body of waste that can account for up to 5-10 lbs. The recommended supplements used can enhance the overall cleansing effect.
2) Include supplements to enhance the body’s ability to burn fat such as the fat metabolism enhancer.
3) Increase your activity level. This can be done by incorporating 30 minutes of speed walking, treadmill, or cycling (see activity chart) each day of the week. The combination of aerobic training and weight training is the best way to shed body fat.
4) Lower your caloric intake by 250 calories a day. This can be done by eliminating foods you can do without such as sodas and sweets. Check the calorie content of such products to start the reduction there.
Note that the idea is to lose fat, not necessarily weight, Lee Haney's system is an attempt to make you look better, not just lighter.
Our review of the Haney fat loss system is that parts three and four will certainly work. Increase your exercise and decrease your calorie intake.
Parts one and two are however entirely uneccessary except for Mr. Haney himself, who needs to sell you something to go with with the good advice.

Ricki Lake Was a Victim of Child Abuse
Original Hairspray star Ricki Lake has sensationally blamed childhood sexual abuse for her weight issues. The actress-turned-talk show host ballooned to 260 pounds at her heaviest and struggled to slim down.
Lake then started taking her health seriously and successfully shed over half her body weight. And she feels she wouldn't have had to battle the bulge if she hadn't been molested as a child.
She says, "I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse and I think it contributed. Who knows for sure? I've done many years in therapy and worked on all my issues. I didn't talk about it for, like, 15 or 20 years; I didn't admit that it had happened to me because I wanted to kind of bury things.
"It, in some way, made me who I am today... I don't want to be a poster child for this at all but it's very weird thing for children when they're violated in that way. Food became a comfort to me; it was my kind of security blanket."
Speaking exclusively to "Access Hollywood," Lake admitted she never confronted her abuser when she eventually told her parents of the abuse - but the person was "quickly removed" from her life.

Pimp C Found Dead in LA Hotel
Pimp C, one-half of the veteran Houston rap group UGK, was found dead in an upscale hotel on Tuesday. He was 33.
"It is with great regret that I must confirm that Chad Butler aka Pimp C, one half of the legendary UGK, was in fact discovered dead this morning," his publicist, Nancy Byron, said in a statement. "Manager Rick Martin is asking that everyone please respect his family and those close to him at this time and refrain from rumors and innuendo."
Pimp C, born Chad Butler, and partner Bun B were pioneers of Southern rap, and hit the mainstream with their cameo on Jay-Z's hit "Big Pimpin'."
The duo's career was derailed when Pimp C was jailed for three years in 2002 on gun charges. He released an album while in prison, and this year the group made a comeback with the critically acclaimed album "Underground Kingz," which included the hit "Int'l Player's Anthem (I Choose You)," featuring OutKast.
Barry Weiss, CEO of their record label, Jive, said in a statement: "We mourn the unexpected loss of Chad. He was truly a thoughtful and kind-hearted person. He will be remembered for his talent and profound influence as a pioneer in bringing southern rap to the forefront."
